I'll let you all know when it's up for sale. I think it's my favourite one so far! I do have other's available HERE.
We went to the beach for Robi's birthday! It was lovely. I felt like I was on holiday! Here he is digging a hole in the sand.

Remember me making felt pansies and knitted roses? They're for a banner which will be used in my mum's church. We meet every week and do some sewing and eat cake. Here it is so far:
Window box banner
Felt flowers and leaves
Close up of crochet flowers
It will be used next year for a flower festival coming to the city, and then used in the church for ever after that. We still have another one to make, which I think it going to be Bird and Cherry blossom themed.
Hands up anyone who owns a pair of Toms shoes? They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I have the plan vegan ones... and I'm rather keen on these new ones too! I think they look like little balls of wool!

This is the 2nd of my 2 days off work, then I'm in for 10 days straight (NOT EXCITED ABOUT THAT). So over the last 2 days I've watched the film Audition, finished reading my Bret 'Hitman' Hart book, done some essential shopping and I'm about to watch 'The Castle of Calglistro' which is a Hayao Miyazaki film (my Robi buys me good presents!)
Bret Hart, my favourite wrestler. Reading the book, I loved him, hated him, then by the end I loved him again. The best autobiography I've ever read.Audition. Weird film. It's one of the boyfriend's favourites, so I finally got round to watching it. It's a Japanese film and it's pretty good. I thought it'd give me nightmares but it didn't, so 2 thumbs up!
I'm so excited for the new Studio Ghibli film: Arrietty (of the Borrowers of Arrietty). I can't believe they're not showing it anywhere in Liverpool, and I'm going to have to travel out to Manchester to see it. But i will travel for Ghibli if i need to!
xx
