Download/Mudfest!
For some reason I decided that going to Download Festival this year would be great....
What was I thinking?
I have never known mud like it, constant rain and coldness. Never again. But the bands where good, so that made up for it really. I got to see Black Sabbath which made me forget the miserableness. I didn't take many pictures, but here is a sneaky peak:

Kitty Cat Jumper DIY
A while ago I came across a picture on tumblr (follow me on tumblr here) that I fell in love with. Someones DIY kitty sweatshirt. I had to make my own.
I have photographed my effort, and shown how I went about it. I have another knitted jumper to work on next, it's going to be teapot themed (what a surprise!)
What you will need:
Step 1:
I used Bondaweb to stiffen up rather floppy fabric, but you can just use tracing paper to transfer your design. Trace your design on to desired paper. I traced it straight off the computer screen. I like short cuts!
Step 3:
Prepare your item of clothing and pin the design in place.
I'm using a jumper (originally from Next) that I found in a charity shop.
After pinning the design down, try on the jumper. It can look totally different when your body is inside the clothing. I changed mine a few times before I got it perfect.
Then sew down the design.
Step 4:
Decide if your jumper needs anything else.
I decided to add some elbow pads to mine. Annoyingly I'd ran out of Bondaweb, so it wasn't as easy to sew down.
Step 5:
Show off what you've made!

What you will need:
- A jumper/sweatshirt/cardigan/t-shirt that you want to make pretty
- Some nice fabric
- Tracing paper or Bondaweb
- A picture or template to base your design on
- Needle, thread and pins

Step 2:
Transfer the design on to your chosen fabric.
I ironed the Bondaweb on to the fabric, then cut round the pencil line. I used an old t-shirt I never wear for the fabric. You don't have to spend a lot, use something lying round!

- Owl Clock
- Cute Tote Bag
- Heart Print Heels
- Pom-Pom Head
- Pencil Print Leggings
I love this collection of lovely things. The girls pom-pom head makes me laugh, yet I love it at the same time. I think if I could hack wearing those heels, I would deffo buy them, but let's face it, I couldn't walk in them! The owl clock would look lovely in my new place (yes, new place, news on that coming soon!! EXCITED!)
